24/7 Meal Sign-Up Sheet 2008-2009

Each night during the year we have a mealtime together. This time is used for fellowship and to pass sections due each week. Parents are given the opportunity to sign up to provide these meals for the kids. These need not be elaborate, just an evening meal to satisfy a teen's appetite. We expect to have around 20 high-shcoolers in attendance each week. I will update this number if it changes dramatically the first few weeks of 24/7.

If you would like to add your name to the list below, please email me listing the date you would like to bring a meal and I will confirm the availability of that date then send you an email in return. Thanks!

A few guidelines are listed below to help you out. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me.

1. The church will supply all paper goods: serving utensils, plates, cups, napkins, bowls, plasticware, etc..
2. You are asked to provide the meal, a beverage, and possibly a dessert.
3. We ask that you have the meal at the church by 6:15 PM, ready to serve by 6:30 PM. You do not need to stay.
4. At the end of the meal, any remaining food will be wrapped and set aside for you to pick up after 24/7 that evening. Be sure to check the refrigerator for any leftovers!
5. Thank you for your willingness to participate in this part of 24/7!

Members of 24/7 will be asked to check this site before each meeting to see if there is a meal scheduled.
If no meal is scheduled, you will need to eat before you come.
